This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design and deliver marketing web experiences for PolicyMe’s insurance website.
• Transform Growth and Content briefs into refined Figma designs for landing pages, product pages, editorial hubs, and campaigns.
• Create conversion-focused, accessible, and responsive layouts utilizing the design system and existing components.
• Develop new reusable components and seamlessly extend the design system.
• Enhance navigation, templates, content modules, and experiences in both English and French.
• Contribute visual insights into PolicyMe’s web and marketing design identity.
• Acquire knowledge of the CMS and Webflow environment to build, update, and publish pages.
• Ensure quality before and after launch, including responsive checks, visual QA, content and link validation, localization review, and addressing inconsistencies.
• Maintain and enhance reusable Figma and CMS components, templates, and guidelines.
• Provide complete handoffs for Webflow/development partners, including interaction states, edge cases, annotations, and walkthroughs.
• Manage design feedback during implementation and verify that launched work aligns with the intended experience.
• Collaborate with Growth, Content, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Assist in creating campaign creative, advertisements, slide templates, email UI, illustrations, and other marketing materials.
• Utilize AI design tools, such as Claude Design, to explore concepts, generate wireframes and variations, and enhance production speed.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, web, brand, or related digital design; exceptional portfolios are prioritized over the exact number of years.
• A portfolio showcasing highly polished marketing websites or landing pages, demonstrating a range of campaign work, motion, illustration, presentations, ads, or email.
• Proficient skills in Figma.
• Strong grasp of typography, spacing, composition, hierarchy, image selection, and responsive behavior.
• Experience with a CMS or no-code/low-code site builder.
• Ability to work within and thoughtfully enhance an existing component system.
• Detail-oriented, dependable approach to quality.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to write useful specifications, provide actionable feedback to developers, and collaborate with non-design partners.
• Capability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and make practical trade-offs.
• Comfort in using AI tools to accelerate processes without compromising quality.
• Experience with Webflow is welcomed but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience in briefing, reviewing, or quality-assuring agency or freelance developer work is advantageous.
• Experience in a high-trust, regulated, consumer-facing, or content-heavy business is preferred.
• Familiarity with accessibility, localization, SEO-aware content templates, or conversion-oriented web design is a bonus.
