Marketing Designer, Fractional, 2-3 days/week

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Review, enhance, and document Cognizo’s design system using Figma

• Create landing pages and website components in Webflow

• Manage the sales deck system in PowerPoint

• Develop editable one-pagers, case studies, and battlecards for the sales team

• Generate LinkedIn, paid social, and display advertising creatives in various formats for testing

• Design product mockups, feature graphics, GIFs, and basic animations

• Publish and deliver Webflow CMS pages, email templates, and sales materials

• Transform brief descriptions into completed creative work and oversee delivery independently

• Engage in a one-week initial handover process

• Establish weekly priorities with the founder and manage the task queue

• Undertake a paid trial project involving one section of a landing page and three advertising variants

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in design for B2B SaaS or at an agency catering to SaaS clients

• A portfolio demonstrating consistent branding across a website, a presentation deck, and advertisements

• Proficient in Figma

• Experience in personally building and launching live Webflow sites

• Fluent in PowerPoint and Google Slides, with capabilities in creating reusable templates

• Strong understanding of typography and layout

• Quick to adapt and self-motivated

• Capable of working from brief outlines to produce multiple viable options

• Distinct design perspective

• Bonus: experience with After Effects, Lottie, or Rive

• Bonus: basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

• Bonus: familiarity with SEO/AEO tools

• Portfolio link is mandatory; a live Webflow site is an advantage

• Must have at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern working hours
