This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Formulate the global strategy for designated Atellica Infectious Disease assays, starting from opportunity evaluation and product definition to launch, growth, and lifecycle management.
β’ Evaluate market potential, customer requirements, competitive landscape, and portfolio performance to recommend priorities, investments, and enhancements to products.
β’ Develop a comprehensive understanding of the testing requirements for Infectious Disease across laboratories, health systems, and other relevant stakeholders.
β’ Collect voice-of-customer insights and regional feedback, identify unmet needs, and convert them into product specifications, market opportunities, and unique value propositions.
β’ Collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, and regional teams regarding product specifications, evidence requirements, claims, and launch strategies.
β’ Advocate for market and customer perspectives during development and portfolio decision-making processes, assisting in resolving trade-offs that impact customer value and commercial success.
β’ Lead the global positioning, messaging, launch planning, and readiness of assigned assays.
β’ Create customer-facing content, sales tools, training materials, and campaign strategies tailored for regional adaptation.
β’ Coordinate across different assays, analyzers, automation, and informatics to deliver a cohesive customer offering.
β’ Keep track of competitor portfolios, testing methodologies, and market trends.
β’ Develop competitive selling strategies and assist with pricing and value discussions.
β’ Monitor launch performance, adoption rates, and customer feedback to refine strategies and uncover growth potential.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing, product management, or commercial experience in in-vitro diagnostics (IVD), laboratory medicine, or a closely related diagnostics field.
β’ Experience in contributing to portfolio strategy, product development, global or regional launches, and post-launch growth initiatives.
β’ Capability to translate complex clinical and technical data into clear customer value propositions and effective commercial tools.
β’ Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
β’ Experience with infectious disease assays, immunoassay, or core laboratory diagnostics is preferred.
β’ Background in developing market assessments, business cases, pricing strategies, or product forecasts is preferred.
β’ Experience in global or international marketing, including collaboration with regional commercial teams is preferred.
β’ An MBA or advanced degree in business, life sciences, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Ability to work with controlled technology in compliance with US export control laws.
