This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Design, automate, and sustain dashboards, KPIs, and regular performance reports for websites, campaigns, funnels, and marketing engagement metrics.
• Gather, analyze, interpret, and visualize data utilizing Google Tag Manager, Power BI, Looker Studio, Snowflake, Excel, and campaign management tools.
• Ensure accuracy in reporting, documentation, and data quality across various systems.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on multichannel marketing and website performance to uncover trends and optimization opportunities.
• Assess customer behavior, sales performance, and lifecycle engagement to enhance acquisition, retention, lifetime value (LTV), and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate business health and revenue drivers across essential segments.
• Assist in A/B and multivariate test reporting and analysis, providing communication on optimization recommendations.
• Identify pricing, category, audience, and channel opportunities through internal and external datasets.
• Collaborate with teams to evaluate campaign performance and boost audience and revenue growth.
• Address ad-hoc analytical inquiries.
• Work with Finance to assess and project the financial impact of marketing, sales, and business strategies.
• Aid in the enhancement of channel attribution models and methodologies for cross-channel measurement.
• Analyze the complete customer journey and pinpoint friction points throughout ordering, fulfillment, and post-purchase interactions.
• Create reports and dashboards that track customer sentiment, engagement metrics, satisfaction drivers, and support ticket trends.
• Detect and rectify data quality issues while recommending improvements to analytics tools, methodologies, and processes.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance efficiency, automate manual tasks, and broaden insight capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics/analytics, or a related field is required.
• Over 3 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proven experience in increasing revenues and measuring media impact metrics is essential.
• Experience in the insurance sector is highly preferred.
• Strong digital aptitude.
• Extensive knowledge of ad operations technology, affiliate tracking, and management tools.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4).
• Proficient in Google Tag Manager.
• Ability to present analytical findings effectively.
• Demonstrated knowledge of marketing and web KPIs (CTR, ROI, CVR, CAC, MAU) is preferred.
• Proven capability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
