This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies that align with the organization's objectives.

• Formulate and oversee annual marketing communication plans, calendars, and budgets.

• Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns, events, and initiatives.

• Create written and visual content for digital, social, and traditional media channels.

• Manage marketing collateral, newsletters, press materials, and storytelling content.

• Maintain brand consistency in tone, message, and design across various platforms and communications.

• Handle media relations, including drafting press releases, pitching stories, and addressing media inquiries.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with journalists, influencers, and key industry contacts.

• Assist leadership and spokespeople with messaging, media preparation, and speaking engagements.

• Implement email campaigns, manage both paid and organic social media, and oversee website content.

• Track digital analytics to assess campaign performance and enhance engagement and conversion rates.

• Stay updated on emerging marketing tools, trends, and best practices.

• Create internal communications, such as newsletters and company updates.

• Aid in the planning and promotion of product launches, conferences, and community activations.

• Work collaboratively across functions to ensure marketing alignment and operational readiness for events.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies.

• Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and brand alignment.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.

• Proficient in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email, CMS tools, and analytics.

• Creative thinker with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or a similar area.

• Demonstrated experience in media relations, campaign planning, and content development.

• Master’s degree preferred.
