Marketing Campaign Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop, adapt, implement, and monitor regional campaigns, launches, and demand generation activities for the Fruits and Vegetables business (Crop and Seed Protection).

• Ensure that campaigns are tailored to the local context and lead the on-ground implementation of the National Crop Plan.

• Align activities with the global guidelines of APS and the business objectives.

• Gather insights and knowledge about stakeholder dynamics and needs in collaboration with Business Intelligence MX.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of the portfolio.

• Ensure pricing strategy, profitability, and positioning to meet the financial goals of the business.

• Execute the regional plan for key crops, including agreements, customer loyalty, coupons, promotions, discounts, and activations.

• Propose, manage, and control the regional marketing investment budget.

• Anticipate investment and resource needs on a quarterly or semi-annual basis.

• Manage documentation for the Commercial Excellence and controlling teams, facilitating settlements and payments.

• Coordinate regional launches, events, talks, demonstrations, and content materials.

• Ensure brand positioning and the crop plan for the region.

• Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

• Strong knowledge and experience in the industry.

• Experience in designing and implementing agricultural campaigns.

• Experience in budget management.

• Experience in data analysis.

• Experience in demand generation.

• Proficiency in English is highly valued.
