Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and refine marketing materials using Canva, which includes crafting social media posts, presentations, one-pagers, and assets for landing pages.

• Assist the Creative Director and Content Strategist with daily marketing activities.

• Plan and disseminate content across various social media platforms.

• Manage marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal promotional efforts.

• Organize and uphold the digital asset library for the department.

• Update project advancements in project management tools.

• Perform research on campaigns, products, competitors, and industry developments.

• Review and format marketing materials prior to publication.

• Monitor project schedules and communicate with team members to ensure timely deliverables.

• Develop and sustain standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, training resources, and marketing documentation.

• Assist with recruiting and employer branding efforts as needed.

• Utilize AI tools for research, content generation, documentation, and administrative responsibilities.

• Take initiative on assigned tasks, provide updates regularly, and identify potential obstacles early on.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, relevant internships, or related projects.

• No formal educational degree is necessary.

• Relevant experience, personal projects, certifications, or a robust portfolio are equally acknowledged.

• Proficient understanding of Canva.

• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar AI productivity tools is highly advantageous.

• Strong skills in organization and time management.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

• Quick adaptability to new tools and software.

• Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Comfort in a fast-paced setting where priorities may shift.

• Provide 2–3 examples of work, including social media posts, presentations, personal projects, university assignments, marketing campaigns, or other content developed.
