Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital, email, print, social media, and events.

• Aid in managing and enhancing HubSpot functionalities, including email campaigns, workflow automation, sales sequences, landing pages, reporting, list segmentation, and data upkeep.

• Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners to create content, develop creative assets, and refine messaging that aligns with brand and business objectives.

• Support the creation of presentations, collateral, and marketing materials for internal groups, sales partners, and clients.

• Help organize promotions and communications for marketing and sales events, trade shows, and webinars.

• Assist in reporting and data analysis to monitor key metrics, evaluate campaign performance, and assess ROI.

• Aid in the management and distribution of promotional materials and marketing assets.

• Contribute to various special projects across different marketing functions.

• Remain updated on new marketing tools, trends, and best practices, particularly regarding HubSpot and digital marketing platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related Business discipline (preferred).

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing or similar roles preferred.

• Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or CRM is necessary.

• HubSpot certifications are highly preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Familiarity or experience with HubSpot is preferred.

• Certifications are advantageous and will be required to obtain upon hiring.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop) is preferred.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret marketing data and metrics.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to shifting priorities.
