Marketing Assistant, Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Compose blog entries and articles

• Develop case studies based on customer successes or testimonial discussions

• Craft social media captions, in-app pop-ups, banners, landing page content, and email communications

• Create, design, and distribute newsletters and lifecycle emails focused on trial, onboarding, and retention

• Verify email sends for functional links, accurate personalization, mobile optimization, and unsubscribe options

• Plan and publish finalized content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

• Monitor the content pipeline, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure adherence to deadlines

• Inspect creative team outputs for copy precision, accurate client names, functional links, and consistent brand voice

• Provide content punctually and guarantee that newsletters, emails, blog posts, and case studies are published error-free

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in writing marketing content for a SaaS or digital enterprise

• Proven experience in writing blog posts, emails, and case studies

• Native-level proficiency in written English with a clear and impactful voice

• Practical experience with email platforms like ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Customer.io, Mailchimp, or similar

• Comfortable with scheduling and posting on various social media platforms

• Highly organized and dependable; capable of meeting deadlines

• Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot typos

• Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, social scheduling tools, Canva, basic Figma, Claude, and Google Workspace
