This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Develop campaigns using Meta Ads Manager

• Input and modify Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertisements in Meta Business Manager

• Set up clients in BVS and create the necessary connections for applicant referrals

• Oversee recruitment campaigns following the established system

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager

• Design campaigns using Canva as a backup during holidays

• Craft text for new campaigns

• Transform templates into captivating ads and graphics

• Execute tasks systematically, progressing through each campaign step by step

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on, extensive experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Meta Ads Manager

• Background in creating, editing, and monitoring Facebook/Instagram advertisements

• Detail-oriented, accurate, and dependable working style

• Enjoyment in working with established systems, templates, and processes

• Openness to and enthusiasm for new ideas, programs, and tools

• Independent, thorough, and organized approach, complemented by sound judgment

• Capability to prioritize tasks on short notice

• Strong organizational abilities and adaptable time management skills

• Proficient computer skills (Windows or Mac, MS Office)

• Regularly update work progress during internal online meetings

• Preference for a stable home-office setup rather than a digital nomadic lifestyle

• Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or project management is not mandatory

• No need for graphic design from scratch; tasks are based on templates
