Marketing and Community Management Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of the Facebook and Instagram social media platforms.

• Administer the blog and autonomously create new posts.

• Actively research fresh topics for the international audience.

• Design, strategize, and execute new marketing campaigns.

• Evaluate artist applications from across the globe.

• Identify new talent, offer constructive feedback, and assist in quality management.

• Address community inquiries and concerns effectively.

• Assist with communication activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, media studies, journalism, or cultural and communication studies; career changers are encouraged to apply.

• Available for a duration of 4–6 months.

• A mandatory internship is required as part of your academic program.

• Initial professional experience in marketing or communications is beneficial but not essential.

• A passion for social media and an eagerness to stay updated with current trends.

• Strong writing capabilities.

• Preliminary experience in writing and/or producing SEO articles, such as for a student publication or blog, is a plus.

• Outstanding communication skills and a self-assured demeanor.

• Ability to independently generate ideas and convince others of their merit.

• A good sense of humor and a creative approach to problem-solving.

• Enjoy engaging with the community to address questions and concerns.
