This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Perform comprehensive analyses to inform product strategies, pricing choices, and retention efforts.
• Examine customer behavior, product effectiveness, and market dynamics to uncover opportunities for growth and retention.
• Create pricing analyses, segmentation frameworks, and performance reports to enhance profitability and market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and leadership teams to assess offers, campaigns, and retention tactics.
• Develop and sustain dashboards, reports, and analytical models utilizing Python, SQL, and BI tools.
• Conduct in-depth analyses on churn, customer lifetime value, conversion rates, pricing elasticity, and campaign ROI.
• Design and evaluate tests for pricing adjustments, promotional initiatives, and retention programs.
• Distill complex data into straightforward business recommendations and presentations suitable for executives.
• Assist in forecasting, scenario modeling, and continual performance monitoring across essential products and customer segments.
• Ensure the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of data throughout analyses and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, pricing, marketing strategy, revenue management, or a comparable position.
• Strong practical experience with Python and/or SQL for in-depth data analysis.
• Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and constructing models to inform business decisions.
• Solid understanding of pricing strategies, customer analytics, and retention metrics.
• Capability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, lending, fintech, or other regulated industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of customer lifecycle analysis, churn modeling, A/B testing, and segmentation is beneficial.
• Experience in supporting product strategy or go-to-market decisions through quantitative analysis is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of statistical methods, forecasting, or predictive modeling is a plus.
