Market Segment Manager – Aerospace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Drive annual growth in bookings for Prime equipment in accordance with the company's strategic objectives.

• Formulate yearly business plans and sales strategies for key accounts to meet sales and profitability targets.

• Create actionable plans to explore and penetrate new markets.

• Support the development and execution of marketing plans.

• Cultivate relationships across various disciplines within target accounts to facilitate account expansion.

• Showcase new product innovations and business strategies to clients.

• Deliver timely performance updates to senior management.

• Ensure accurate and competitive pricing for prospective applications while safeguarding profit margins.

• Develop and deliver proposal presentations and responses to RFPs.

• Manage expenses in line with budgetary constraints.

• Communicate and enforce company policies, procedures, and ethical standards within the team.

• Delegate authority and responsibilities while ensuring accountability and follow-up.

• Maintain ongoing client interactions to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with company personnel and engage with a global team.

• 5–7 years of experience in sales management.

• Familiarity with enterprise software solutions and experience in large, complex organizations.

• Significant expertise in Supplier Relationship Management.

• Strong comprehension of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Capability to thrive in a global team of professionals.

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate sales teams effectively.
