This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.
• Identify, approach, and establish connections with dealerships to enhance business development and expand the portfolio.
• Foster and sustain strong relationships with dealerships through regular visits, phone communications, and performance evaluations.
• Gain insight into dealers’ requirements through fact-finding, consistent follow-ups, and understanding their business operations.
• Implement targeted sales initiatives and conduct product demonstrations.
• Address challenges and offer inventory solutions via primary and ancillary product offerings.
• Leverage data analytics to refine sales strategies and improve market penetration.
• Report directly to the Market Sales Director.
• Collaborate with dealer clients, sales teams, internal stakeholders, marketing departments, and senior management.
• 3-5+ years of experience in outside sales or business development.
• Background in automotive sales or a related industry.
• Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in CRM software.
• Capacity to convey compelling use cases and value propositions to dealerships.
• Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 75% of the time.
• Eligible to operate a motor vehicle and holds a valid driver’s license.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Direct experience in start-ups or SaaS environments (preferred).
• Familiarity with and experience in the automotive remarketing sector (preferred).
• Additional certifications in sales or customer relationship management (preferred).
