This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead, inspire, and enhance the capabilities of wholesalers to meet company goals and objectives.
• Implement sales and branding strategies with designated wholesalers while adhering to corporate brand standards.
• Boost effective product positioning and market share within the distribution network.
• Oversee inventory management and product availability in the assigned market.
• Administer budgets and revenues to achieve or surpass profitability targets.
• Optimize resource deployment at points of sale to expand distribution, enhance displays, and increase brand awareness.
• Review wholesaler inventory levels weekly, identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Manage wholesaler ordering processes, confirmations, and tracking.
• Supervise FOB and PTR for all brands, including pricing adjustments and schedule management.
• Guide wholesalers in executing chain and trade programs.
• Organize work-with days with wholesalers to implement the Annual Business Plan and build trust.
• Conduct market surveys and analyze VIP and IRI data to uncover opportunities and assess execution.
• Ensure accuracy of PTC at retail locations, including shelf tags, display POS, and pricing discrepancies.
• Set up and/or attend promotional events, beer festivals, on-premise promotions, samplings, tournaments, and other initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with key accounts to enhance market execution.
• Manage external wholesaler and retailer sales incentives within the allocated budget.
• Oversee internal FIFCO incentives to boost sales and execute programming.
• Conduct monthly business evaluations and sales performance assessments with the manager and wholesalers.
• Update, strategize, and drive execution of the Annual Business Plan.
• Monitor brand and program launches using VIP tools.
• Utilize the CRM tool on market days to document trade marketing and display activities.
• Present findings to wholesalers, retailers, and sales teams using PowerPoint and VIP/IRI analysis.
• Review quarterly/trimester goals and devise plans to achieve them.
• Timely submit expenses and wholesaler invoices while addressing invoicing issues.
• A college degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the beverage industry is preferred.
• Experience in wholesaler management is preferred.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.
• Capability to operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment.
• Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions.
• Willingness to move to accomplish tasks or transition between worksites.
• Skill in assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work.
