This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Carry out recruitment activities for projects across global regions and designated QQFS markets.
• Reach out to M3 Global Research panelists via phone and conduct cold calls to enlist respondents.
• Arrange interviews.
• Strategize, coordinate, and execute panel recruitment solutions to optimize internal resources and minimize outsourcing expenses.
• Provide updates on project status, including completed work, progress, results, and future action plans.
• Raise concerns regarding projects when recruitment progress deviates from expectations.
• Meet outsourcing objectives for designated markets.
• Achieve monthly registration goals and implement initiatives for panel growth.
• Contact new registrants to verify and update their email addresses.
• Reach out to users for account reactivation.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and address member inquiries and complaints across various systems.
• Collaborate with the Project Management team to resolve project-specific challenges.
• Update communication protocols, guidelines, and enhancements to the Support Ticket System.
• Establish and nurture relationships with panel members through prompt and professional communication.
• Assist M3 Global Research members via telephone and email/support tickets.
• Identify and resolve potential issues with internal and external systems and processes.
• Investigate fraudulent respondents and take appropriate actions in accordance with M3 data quality procedures.
• Verify the details of newly registered members.
• Conduct link testing for online market research projects and overlays for qualitative online screeners.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a diverse range of audiences.
• Competent in using PCs, including Microsoft Office applications, Internet, social media, email, and tools relevant to assigned responsibilities.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and investigative abilities.
• Capable of asking insightful questions, responding accurately and effectively, while ensuring audiences feel supported.
• Option for remote work.
• Shift rotation: 09:00–17:30 / 10:00–18:30 (CET), Monday to Friday.
