Market Outreach Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Foster awareness and uptake of targeted energy-efficient technologies

• Assist in strategic market development and enhance customer satisfaction

• Achieve client outreach and energy-saving objectives

• Comply with allocated program budgets and resources

• Recruit, train, and cultivate relationships with contractors and Trade Allies

• Create outreach strategies to engage customers and Trade Allies

• Gain insights into the business customer base and incorporate program offerings into customer operations

• Organize, coordinate, and present program events

• Act as a liaison between customers and contractors to improve program satisfaction

• Collaborate with other energy-efficiency programs, advance projects, and follow up on leads

• Investigate markets, gather business data, and pinpoint key allies

• Establish a network of registered Trade Allies for designated programs

• Identify barriers to improvement and communicate findings to the Program Manager

• Ensure ongoing enhancement of operations

• Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports and monitor progress towards program goals

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the Madison, WI area

• 2–4 years of relevant industry experience required

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred

• If applicable, fulfill all DOT qualification standards

• Adhere to relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations

• Authorized to work in the country where the position is based without employer sponsorship

• Successful candidates must pass pre-employment background checks
