Market Manager – Sleep

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with high-volume referring providers.

• Take ownership of and develop the territory as if it were your own business.

• Identify and secure significant CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities.

• Foster growth through operational excellence, service differentiation, and strategic partnerships.

• Execute in-person and virtual field sales activities throughout the territory.

• Facilitate business reviews and performance discussions with provider partners.

• Collaborate internally with operations, clinical teams, and leadership to drive account growth.

• Represent BetterNight at conferences, industry meetings, and provider events.

• Establish and expand major, long-term sleep accounts across Arizona and Nevada.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated sales experience in the sleep industry.

• Background in CPAP/DME sales, home sleep testing, sleep diagnostics, pulmonary sales, sleep therapy, respiratory/DME leadership, or related Sleep Provider industry products or services.

• Established relationships within sleep medicine.

• Experience selling to specialists and large physician groups.

• Proven track record of building business rather than merely maintaining accounts.

• Strong field presence coupled with excellent executive communication skills.

• High urgency and a competitive drive.

• Capability to operate independently while forming strategic partnerships.

• Willingness to reside anywhere within the Arizona/Nevada territory.
