Market Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the daily operations of 4–8 express carwash locations.

• Perform regular site inspections to assess wash quality, cleanliness, staffing levels, and regulatory compliance.

• Assist Site Managers in implementing company standards and adhering to standard operating procedures.

• Aid in the organization of schedules, labor planning, and task assignments.

• Mentor and support Site Managers to cultivate strong, engaged teams.

• Help with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of front-line team members and future leaders.

• Facilitate performance management by providing clear and direct feedback.

• Ensure that locations provide quick, friendly, and consistent service.

• Assist in resolving customer issues effectively.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, equipment handling practices, and chemical management guidelines.

• Confirm cleanliness, conduct equipment checks, and oversee daily/weekly operational routines.

• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate necessary repairs and preventative maintenance.

• Analyze location-level KPIs and assist in developing action plans for improvement.

• Communicate performance updates, risks, and opportunities to the Market Director.

• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and team performance.

• Take ownership of daily operational decisions, scheduling support, and coaching and development strategies.

• Report significant equipment issues, staffing shortages, safety concerns, and financial risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in express carwash, retail, service, or field operations.

• Preferred experience in managing or supporting multiple locations.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel daily between assigned locations.

• Comfortable working around mechanical equipment and in outdoor settings.

• Ability to stand and walk at sites for extended durations.

• Capacity to lift 25–50 pounds as required during site visits.

• Willingness to work outdoors throughout the year.

• Full-time position requiring travel across designated locations.

• Flexibility to work some weekends or evenings based on business needs.
