Market Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with high-volume referring providers

• Manage and develop the territory as if it were your own business

• Identify and secure significant CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities

• Propel growth through operational excellence, service differentiation, and strategic alliances

• Engage in both in-person and virtual sales activities throughout the territory

• Lead business reviews and performance discussions with provider partners

• Collaborate internally with operations, clinical teams, and leadership to foster account growth

• Represent BetterNight at conferences, industry meetings, and provider events

• Forge top-tier relationships and secure large accounts

• Acquire and expand substantial, long-term accounts across the Wisconsin market

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated sales experience in the sleep industry

• Background in CPAP/DME sales, home sleep testing, sleep diagnostics, pulmonary sales, sleep therapy, respiratory/DME leadership, or related Sleep Provider industry products or services

• Established relationships within the sleep medicine field

• Experience selling to specialists and large physician groups

• Proven track record of business development, rather than merely maintaining accounts

• Strong field presence coupled with excellent executive communication skills

• High urgency and a competitive spirit

• Ability to work independently while forming strategic partnerships

• Must be able to reside anywhere within the Wisconsin territory
