This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist in the support, maintenance, and enhancement of Global Trade digital tools and systems, which includes both existing compliance systems and the implementation of new tools.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on Global Trade technologies, providing insights into tool functionalities, workflows, and optimal usage practices.
• Collaborate with teams from Digital Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, and other functional areas.
• Ensure that Global Trade tools are in sync with business processes, regulatory updates, and operational needs.
• Monitor system performance, pinpoint issues or inefficiencies, and coordinate necessary improvements, enhancements, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Create and deliver training sessions, job aids, and reference materials.
• Promote the adoption and effective utilization of Global Trade tools throughout the organization.
• Identify opportunities for optimizing trade operations through automation, digital enhancements, trade programs, and ongoing process improvements.
• Support enhancements to compliance systems under the RTX Consent Agreement while providing continual support and improvements.
• Typically requires a University Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field alongside at least 5 years of experience.
• Proven experience managing processes associated with regulatory and/or compliance requirements.
• Background in applying, enhancing, and/or deploying digital technology or Global Trade tools to facilitate compliance.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Must live and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, not including U.S. territories.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as necessary.
• Preferred: Experience in enhancing systems, integrations, or initiatives focused on process automation.
• Preferred: Strong ability to work cross-functionally to identify system workflows, data requirements, and compliance impacts.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Global Trade compliance systems or digital trade compliance tools like SAP GTS, OCR, RGEMS, or similar platforms.
• Preferred: Robust understanding of U.S. and international trade regulations, which includes import/export controls, customs requirements, and preferential trade programs such as ITAR, EAR, and Customs.
• Preferred: Capability to quickly learn new systems and translate functional knowledge into actionable guidance for business users.
• Preferred: Experience in a global, fast-paced environment managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
