This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a sales facilitator between Asurion and the wireless carrier’s sales channels, concentrating on carrier-owned retail and indirect dealers.
• Enhance Mobility & Home Protection point-of-sale performance through field training, leadership coaching, ongoing education, and social media initiatives.
• Discover growth opportunities and process enhancements in collaboration with internal Client Service and cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate sales process deficiencies and create strategies for point-of-sale growth.
• Identify, document, codify, disseminate, and promote the adoption of effective sales best practices.
• Engage with high-potential retail and indirect-channel areas to stimulate incremental growth.
• Implement in-store training sessions with store leadership, champions, and sales representatives.
• Perform side-by-side selling and conduct on-floor observations.
• Increase awareness and use of channel support resources.
• Visit around 32 stores each month.
• Lead regional and area general-session calls with carrier-owned and indirect channels.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales-related position.
• Field experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in wireless retail is desirable.
• Relevant experience in consumer electronics or warranty products is advantageous.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, particularly with a focus in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Must be capable of passing the State Property and Casualty Licensing exam.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and other client-related applications are required.
• Availability and willingness to travel within the assigned area, with about 75% overnight travel expected.
