This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Retain, expand, and optimize relationships with host entrepreneurs and emerging hosts within the designated territory.
• Oversee professional host accounts and secure high-quality inventory.
• Create strategies for supply acquisition and localized sourcing.
• Establish and maintain partner relationships.
• Manage accounts to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven insights to pinpoint strategic sales opportunities.
• Identify and onboard new high-quality supply sources.
• Assist clients with the technical integration of software partners.
• Represent Airbnb at external meetings and industry conferences.
• Inform clients about product updates and relay product and policy feedback to internal teams.
• Conduct optimization calls and business reviews with partners.
• Cultivate enduring partnerships and develop a deep understanding of local market trends.
• Provide prompt service, including occasional in-person support and guidance while traveling to the market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, and customer support teams.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• At least 2 years of experience in the tech or travel industry is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a leads pipeline and business portfolio.
• Strong quantitative skills with the capability to interpret and utilize data effectively.
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in ambiguous environments.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in communicating with clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• High proficiency in CRM software, including managing leads, opportunities, and core objects.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Willingness to travel regularly to the assigned territory, typically once every quarter.
• A passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy.
• Being an Airbnb host is a plus.
