This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +2 more states.
• Identify and prioritize target accounts by assessing liver tumor case volume, relevant program maturity, and readiness of capital equipment.
• Establish connections with physicians, tumor board leaders, hospital administrators, and various stakeholders.
• Present histotripsy and the Edison System prior to the formal involvement of the Area Sales Manager.
• Engage in discovery discussions regarding clinical workflows, capital acquisition processes, and decision-making frameworks.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to prioritize accounts, share insights regarding stakeholders and clinical context, and monitor deal progression.
• Keep an updated pipeline and territory plans while reporting on pipeline health and prospecting metrics to the Area Sales Director.
• Manage account transitions into program launches, physician training, and growth in utilization.
• Recognize potential key opinion leaders and centers of excellence.
• Assist in trade shows, regional conferences, and business development and educational initiatives.
• Cultivate clinical, technical, and business acumen related to histotripsy and the Edison System.
• Adhere to regulatory standards and AdvaMed guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a Healthcare-related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or as a clinical liaison, preferably within medical devices, capital equipment, or interventional/surgical oncology environments.
• Proven history of achieving individual pipeline development or sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect and foster relationships with physician and hospital administrative stakeholders.
• Capability to fulfill hospital credentialing requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and certain immunizations.
• Must possess insurability and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness and capacity to travel by car or air, including day trips and overnight stays, up to 75% of the time.
• Familiarity with interventional radiology, hepatobiliary surgery, or oncology capital equipment sales processes is advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with ASMs, ASD, AMs, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated personal initiative and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
