Market Development Manager – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop the EMEA target map by identifying new markets, chains, and segments.

• Formulate commercial cases and prioritize target markets and accounts.

• Establish initial pipelines in regions where Auditdata is not yet established.

• Initiate discussions with owners, operations, and clinical leadership stakeholders.

• Generate and secure enterprise and mid-market deals throughout the EMEA region.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on positioning strategies, campaign design, and follow-up activities.

• Keep track of competitors, buyer demands, and product specifications.

• Ensure HubSpot serves as the definitive source of information.

• Manage a dependable pipeline forecast.

• Work closely with the VP EMEA, VP Marketing, Account Managers, Account Executives, pre-sales, customer success, and Product Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in generating pipeline and acquiring new logos in B2B software or medtech.

• Demonstrated capability to create a target market from the ground up instead of utilizing a provided list.

• Strong commercial insight to prioritize markets and accounts effectively.

• Proficiency with CRM systems and modern prospecting and automation tools; experience with HubSpot is advantageous.

• Fluent in English and one additional European language: German, Dutch, French, Italian, or Spanish.

• A keen interest in healthcare and a desire to learn about the audiology field.

• Self-motivated and independent work ethic.

• Candidates must reside in the EU.
