This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify and prioritize target accounts based on liver tumor case volume, program maturity, and readiness of capital equipment.
• Establish connections with interventional radiologists, surgical oncologists, hepatobiliary specialists, hospital administrators, and tumor board leaders.
• Present histotripsy and the Edison System prior to the formal engagement of the Area Sales Manager.
• Engage in discovery discussions regarding clinical workflows, processes for capital acquisition, and decision-making frameworks.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to determine account priorities, share insights on stakeholders and clinical contexts, and monitor deal progression.
• Keep accurate records of pipelines and territory strategies, reporting prospecting metrics to the Area Sales Director.
• Work with Account Managers on handoffs for closed accounts, program launches, physician training, and growth in utilization.
• Identify potential key opinion leaders and centers of excellence.
• Assist at trade shows, regional conferences, and in business development and educational initiatives.
• Enhance knowledge of histotripsy and the Edison System, including clinical, technical, and business aspects.
• Adhere to regulatory and AdvaMed guidelines.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related Healthcare field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or as a clinical liaison.
• Preferably possess experience in medical device, capital equipment, or within interventional/surgical oncology environments.
• Proven track record of achieving individual pipeline development or sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect and cultivate relationships with physicians and hospital administrative stakeholders.
• Must meet hospital credentialing standards, including background checks, drug screenings, and certain immunizations.
• Should be insurable and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness and capability to travel by car or air, including day trips and overnight stays, up to 75% of the time.
• Familiarity with interventional radiology, hepatobiliary surgery, or oncology capital equipment sales processes is advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with ASMs, ASD, AMs, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; U.S. work authorization is required.
