This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
β’ Identify and prioritize target accounts by assessing liver tumor case volume, program maturity, and readiness for capital equipment.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with physicians, tumor board leaders, hospital administrators, and various stakeholders.
β’ Present histotripsy and the Edison System prior to the formal engagement of Area Sales Managers.
β’ Engage in exploratory discussions regarding clinical workflows, capital acquisition methods, and decision-making frameworks.
β’ Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to prioritize accounts, exchange insights about stakeholders and clinical context, and monitor deal progression.
β’ Keep accurate records of pipelines and territory plans, while reporting on pipeline health and prospecting metrics to the Area Sales Director.
β’ Work in conjunction with Account Managers on closed accounts, facilitating transitions into program launches, physician training, and growth in utilization.
β’ Recognize potential key opinion leaders and centers of excellence for reference sites and speaker development opportunities.
β’ Assist in trade shows, regional conferences, and business development as well as educational initiatives.
β’ Cultivate and sustain clinical, technical, and business acumen regarding histotripsy and the Edison System.
β’ Adhere to regulatory standards and AdvaMed guidelines.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a Healthcare-related discipline.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in sales or as a clinical liaison.
β’ Ideally, experience in medical devices, capital equipment, or interventional/surgical oncology environments.
β’ Proven history of achieving individual pipeline development or sales quotas.
β’ Successful track record in prospecting and establishing relationships with physician and hospital administrative stakeholders.
β’ Capability to fulfill hospital credentialing prerequisites, including background checks, drug screenings, and certain immunizations.
β’ Must be insurable and possess a valid driver's license.
β’ Willingness and capability to travel by car or air, including day trips and overnight stays, up to 75% of the time.
β’ Familiarity with interventional radiology, hepatobiliary surgery, or oncology capital equipment sales processes is advantageous.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Ability to operate independently with little supervision as well as collaboratively with ASMs, ASD, AMs, and cross-functional teams.
β’ Strong organizational and time management abilities.
β’ Excellent customer service skills.
β’ Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and compete.
β’ Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
