This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Identify and prioritize target accounts based on liver tumor case volume, program readiness, and capital equipment availability.
• Cultivate relationships with interventional radiologists, surgical and hepatobiliary oncologists, tumor board leaders, and hospital administrators.
• Present histotripsy and the Edison System prior to formal engagement with Area Sales Managers.
• Engage in discovery discussions regarding clinical workflows, capital acquisition processes, and decision-making frameworks.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to prioritize accounts, exchange stakeholder insights, and monitor deal progress.
• Ensure the accuracy of pipelines and territory plans, and report on pipeline health and prospecting metrics to the Area Sales Director.
• Coordinate account transitions with Account Managers for program initiation, physician training, and utilization enhancement.
• Recognize potential key opinion leaders and centers of excellence.
• Assist at trade shows, regional conferences, and activities related to business development and education.
• Acquire clinical, technical, and business knowledge about histotripsy and the Edison System.
• Adhere to regulatory and AdvaMed standards.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a Healthcare-related discipline.
• At least 2 years of sales or clinical liaison experience, ideally within medical device, capital equipment, or interventional/surgical oncology environments.
• Proven record of achieving individual pipeline development or sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect and foster relationships with physician and hospital administrative stakeholders.
• Capability to fulfill hospital credentialing prerequisites, including background checks, drug screenings, and specific immunizations.
• Must possess insurability and hold a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel by car or air, including day trips and overnight stays, up to 75% of the time.
• Familiarity with interventional radiology, hepatobiliary surgery, or capital equipment sales processes in oncology is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight while collaborating effectively with ASMs, ASD, AMs, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• High personal initiative and a commitment to driving continuous improvement.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.; the employer will not sponsor visas.
