This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify and rank target accounts based on liver tumor case volume, program readiness, and capital equipment availability.
• Establish connections with interventional radiologists, hepatobiliary and surgical oncologists, tumor board leaders, and hospital administrators.
• Present histotripsy and the Edison System prior to the formal engagement of the Area Sales Manager.
• Engage in exploratory discussions regarding clinical workflows, capital acquisition procedures, and decision-making frameworks.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to prioritize accounts, exchange information on stakeholders and clinical contexts, and monitor deal progress.
• Keep precise pipelines and territory plans while reporting prospecting metrics to the Area Sales Director.
• Oversee account transitions into program launches, physician training, and growth in utilization.
• Recognize potential key opinion leaders and centers of excellence.
• Assist in trade shows, regional conferences, and activities related to business development and education.
• Enhance clinical, technical, and business knowledge of histotripsy and the Edison System.
• Adhere to regulatory and AdvaMed guidelines.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a Healthcare-related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or as a clinical liaison.
• Preferably experienced in medical device, capital equipment, or interventional/surgical oncology environments.
• Proven history of achieving individual pipeline development or sales targets.
• Successful in prospecting and fostering relationships with physician and hospital administrative stakeholders.
• Capability to fulfill hospital credentialing prerequisites, including background checks, drug screenings, and specific immunizations.
• Must possess insurability and hold a valid driver's license.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% by car or air, including day trips and overnight stays.
• Familiarity with interventional radiology, hepatobiliary surgery, or oncology capital equipment sales processes is advantageous.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently with little supervision and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
