This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
⢠Identify and prioritize target accounts based on liver tumor case volume, program maturity, and readiness for capital equipment.
⢠Establish relationships with interventional radiologists, hepatobiliary and surgical oncologists, leaders of tumor boards, and hospital administrators.
⢠Introduce histotripsy and the Edison System prior to formal engagement with the Area Sales Manager.
⢠Engage in discovery discussions regarding clinical workflows, capital acquisition processes, and decision-making frameworks.
⢠Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to prioritize accounts, share insights on stakeholders and clinical contexts, and monitor deal progress.
⢠Ensure accurate management of pipelines and territory plans, and report prospecting metrics to the Area Sales Director.
⢠Facilitate account transitions into program launches, physician training, and growth in utilization.
⢠Identify potential key opinion leaders and centers of excellence for reference sites and speaker development.
⢠Assist in trade shows, regional conferences, and business development as well as educational initiatives.
⢠Cultivate clinical, technical, and business knowledge of histotripsy and the Edison System.
⢠Adhere to regulatory standards and AdvaMed guidelines.
⢠Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related Healthcare field.
⢠At least 2 years of experience in sales or as a clinical liaison.
⢠Preferably experienced in medical devices, capital equipment, or interventional/surgical oncology environments.
⢠Proven track record of achieving individual pipeline development or sales targets.
⢠Successful in prospecting and cultivating relationships with physician and hospital administrative stakeholders.
⢠Capable of fulfilling hospital credentialing requirements, including background checks, drug screening, and specific immunizations.
⢠Must possess valid driver's license and be insurable.
⢠Willingness and capacity to travel up to 75% of the time, which may include automobile or air travel, day trips, and overnight stays.
⢠Familiarity with interventional radiology, hepatobiliary surgery, or oncology capital equipment sales processes is advantageous.
⢠Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
⢠Competent in working independently with minimal oversight and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
⢠Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
⢠Excellent customer service skills.
⢠Demonstrated personal initiative and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
