Market Development Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist the market in executing strategic objectives, tackling intricate operational issues, and achieving consistent outcomes.

• Oversee and synchronize complex operational and strategic projects that align with market development objectives.

• Formulate, communicate, and execute project and operational strategies.

• Track progress towards goals, mitigate risks, resolve challenges, and guarantee successful implementation.

• Identify and acquire necessary resources; create work plans and timelines.

• Collaborate with internal business partners and external stakeholders.

• Provide strategic direction, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving expertise for cross-functional projects.

• Respond to emerging market demands and unclear operational challenges.

• Identify stakeholders, evaluate dependencies and risks, outline actionable strategies, align teams, and drive projects to resolution.

• Generate reports, facilitate meetings, communicate statuses and recommendations, set priorities, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

• Ensure the attainment of key milestones and deliverables while exercising independent judgment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 3 years of experience in Medicaid and/or health plan operations.

• More than 3 years of experience leading large-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams.

• Proven track record of building and nurturing effective working relationships in a highly matrixed environment.

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to assess complex scenarios, navigate ambiguities, and offer actionable recommendations.

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees.

• Ability to work from a designated area without ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
