This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with health care contracts and grants funded by federal and state sources, as well as selected corporate and internal communications initiatives.
• Create communication and outreach plans that identify target audiences, key messages, channels, tactics, and calls to action.
• Build a communication framework for new projects, which includes websites, provider portals, branding standards, templates, and workflows.
• Compose and refine newsletters, website content, educational materials, onboarding documents, one-pagers, brochures, email campaigns, social media updates, and other print and digital content.
• Ensure that all materials adhere to corporate standards, brand guidelines, and design best practices.
• Oversee departmental workspaces and workflows using SharePoint, Asana, and Google Workspace.
• Manage various assignments, contributors, deadlines, and approvals simultaneously.
• Independently handle smaller projects while collaborating with senior strategists and MarCom leadership on larger initiatives.
• Convert complex health care information into accessible, audience-focused communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, journalism, public relations, health education, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in communications, health care marketing, advertising, journalism, public relations, health education, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in developing communications or outreach strategies and producing related content.
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with a knack for making complex information clear and comprehensible.
• Experience in creating content across various print and digital channels.
• Strong organizational skills, collaboration, sound judgment, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and working both independently and as part of a team.
• A reliable, secure internet connection is required.
• Must maintain eligibility for licensure pertinent to the assigned state contract.
