Marathi Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with language models focusing on scenarios in the Marathi language.

• Test advanced language models on various aspects such as grammar, syntax, morphology, phonetics, semantics, pragmatics, and regional dialects.

• Assess the accuracy of facts and the logical consistency of responses.

• Capture reproducible error traces and document instances of model failures.

• Recommend enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Assist in training large-scale language models tailored for Marathi-language applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in the Marathi language.

• Deep understanding of Marathi grammar, syntax, morphology, phonetics, semantics, and pragmatics.

• Capability to evaluate noun declension, verb conjugation, sentence structure, word order, syntax variations, and regional dialects.

• A Master’s or PhD in Marathi language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Evidence of peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or involvement in hands-on linguistic analysis projects is a strong indicator of suitability.

• Excellent metacognitive communication skills and the ability to articulate thought processes.

• A secure computer and high-speed internet must be provided by the contractor.
