Manufacturing Specialist, French – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with the model in both English and French regarding real-world manufacturing scenarios and technical inquiries.

• Ensure the factual accuracy and logical coherence of information.

• Document reproducible error traces and outline failure modes.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Challenge sophisticated language models on manufacturing topics such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, GMP, ISO standards, preventive maintenance, materials handling, CNC and robotics, OEE, and production scheduling.

• Assist in training AI systems aimed at boosting industrial efficiency, facilitating knowledge sharing, enhancing workforce training, and supporting global manufacturing operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in French.

• Strong background in production systems, lean manufacturing, quality control, process optimization, industrial automation, supply chain management, and workplace safety.

• Familiarity with standards and practices in French-speaking regions.

• Understanding of Six Sigma, Kaizen, GMP, ISO standards, preventive maintenance, materials handling, CNC and robotics, OEE, and production scheduling.

• Capability to engage in conversations with language models in both English and French regarding manufacturing scenarios and technical inquiries.

• Ability to verify factual correctness and logical consistency.

• Skill in capturing reproducible error traces.

• Competence in suggesting enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Exceptional metacognitive communication skills.

• Practical experience in manufacturing environments.

• A Master's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or a closely related field is preferred.

• Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or PMP indicate suitability.
