Manufacturing Specialist, Fluent in French – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Algeria.

📋 Description

• Challenge sophisticated language models on topics related to manufacturing.

• Engage in discussions with the model in both English and French concerning real-world manufacturing situations and technical inquiries.

• Assess factual correctness and logical coherence.

• Document reproducible error traces and outline failure modes.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation criteria.

• Assist in training AI systems aimed at improving industrial efficiency, knowledge dissemination, workforce training, and global manufacturing support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in manufacturing, including production systems, lean manufacturing, quality control, process optimization, industrial automation, supply chain management, and workplace safety.

• Familiarity with standards and practices prevalent in French-speaking regions.

• Experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen, GMP, ISO standards, preventive maintenance, materials handling, CNC, robotics, OEE, and production scheduling.

• Proficiency in French.

• Capability to communicate in both English and French.

• A Master's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or PMP indicate a good fit.

• Practical experience in manufacturing settings.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and the ability to demonstrate your work.

• The contractor must provide a secure computer and high-speed internet access.
