Manufacturing Solution Analyst – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Establish partnerships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external collaborators to comprehend business requirements and facilitate manufacturing technology solutions.

• Assist in the deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Global Manufacturing Information Systems across production sites.

• Collect and analyze business requirements and assess potential solution options.

• Work alongside developers to ensure that solutions align with both business and technical requirements.

• Identify chances to enhance, automate, and optimize manufacturing processes through technology and system upgrades.

• Document business processes, workflows, system requirements, and user, operational, and technical documentation.

• Define, test, and implement application upgrades, introduce new features, and enhance systems.

• Provide training and continuous support to end users.

• Contribute to global initiatives and share expertise with colleagues.

• Engage in system support and, when necessary, participate in 24x7 on-call duties.

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in Information Technology, business systems support, manufacturing operations, or a similar field.

• Experience in supporting manufacturing systems or applications.

• Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate efficiently in a global team setting.

• Willingness to participate in occasional 24x7 on-call support as needed.
