This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in a three-year rotational program encompassing Manufacturing & Process Technology, Maintenance, Quality, and R&D.

• Address real manufacturing challenges utilizing data and engineering expertise.

• Undertake projects that yield tangible business outcomes.

• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and technical specialists.

• Deliver presentations of recommendations to leadership.

• Gain knowledge through mentorship, practical experience, and immersive sessions at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Center for Professional & Executive Development.

• Establish a professional network and gain insights from senior leaders.

• Rotate through specified Chemours locations and be prepared to relocate up to two times during the program.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.

• Experience through internships, co-ops, or work in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• A collaborative and inquisitive mindset along with a sincere eagerness to learn.

• A strong passion for developing a career in manufacturing.

• Openness to relocate up to two times during the program to specified Chemours locations.
