Manufacturing Operations Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the completed manufacturing-related outputs of AI agents rather than executing or repeating the tasks.

• Examine the task guidelines, actions taken by agents, generated files, and AI grading scorecard.

• Analyze whether the tasks are feasible for the associated manufacturing role.

• Confirm the accuracy of domain content, standards, figures, regulations, terminology, and constraints.

• Review eleven yes/no grading inquiries and provide explanations for any disagreements.

• Independently classify the work and evaluate if the reported score is justifiable.

• Determine if a practitioner could utilize or accept the output.

• Provide a brief rationale for each evaluation.

• Allocate approximately one hour for each item.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience placing genuine purchase orders and negotiating with suppliers (Buyers and Purchasing Agents).

• More than 5 years managing a shift or production line, overseeing the schedule and personnel (First-Line Supervisors of Production and Operating Workers).

• At least 4 years of experience in designing parts or systems that have been produced (Mechanical Engineers).

• A minimum of 3 years conducting capacity, throughput, layout, or time studies that influenced plant operations (Industrial Engineers).

• Over 4 years of responsibility for receiving, cycle counts, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a real warehouse or plant (Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Clerks).

• Near-native proficiency in business English.

• Proficiency with spreadsheets or PDFs to verify numerical consistency.

• Relevant manufacturing experience, including root-cause analysis, PPAP, first-article inspections, cycle-count variance management, or revising method sheets.

• Status as an independent contractor.

• Ability to work without access to confidential or proprietary information from employers, clients, or institutions.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
