Manufacturing Operations Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the completed manufacturing-related outputs of AI agents within the reviewer's area of expertise.

• Determine the realism and relevance of AI-generated tasks in relation to the job.

• Validate domain-specific content, including standards, figures, regulations, terminology, and constraints.

• Analyze the eleven yes/no assessments made by an AI grader against the submitted files.

• Articulate disagreements with the grading and provide written justifications.

• Independently categorize the work and evaluate its usability or acceptability by a practitioner.

• Compare the reviewer's scoring category with the reported score.

• Review each item in roughly one hour without performing or redoing the underlying task.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience placing actual purchase orders and negotiating with suppliers (Buyers and Purchasing Agents).

• At least 5 years of experience managing a production shift or line, overseeing the schedule and personnel (First-Line Supervisors of Production and Operating Workers).

• Over 4 years of experience designing mechanical parts or systems that were manufactured (Mechanical Engineers).

• PE certification is advantageous for Mechanical Engineers.

• At least 3 years of experience conducting capacity, throughput, layout, or time studies that influenced plant operations (Industrial Engineers).

• A minimum of 4 years of experience managing receiving processes, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy in a warehouse or plant setting (Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Clerks).

• Hands-on manufacturing experience, including root-cause investigations, PPAP, first-article inspection, cycle-count variance management, or correcting method sheets.

• Near-native proficiency in business English.

• Proficient in using spreadsheets or PDFs for reconciling figures.

• Experience as an independent contractor.

• Must not require H-1B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
