This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee and direct all Manned ISR sub-project activities occurring in Latin America from a CONUS location.
• Ensure alignment with HII program goals, timelines, and contractual obligations.
• Act as the primary coordination hub among HII leadership, deployed personnel, government clients, and international mission partners.
• Manage operational planning, readiness, CONOPS development, and integration efforts for Manned ISR mission execution in OCONUS settings.
• Facilitate cross-functional teamwork with HII engineering, logistics, operations, and intelligence groups, as well as OEMs.
• Identify potential program risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure adherence to quality standards, security protocols, and mission assurance requirements.
• Support stakeholder engagement and provide clear and timely communication.
• Deliver regular updates to senior HII leadership and clients.
• Ensure regional operations are compliant with U.S. Government regulations, international agreements, and country-specific operational constraints.
• Enhance processes, maintain partnerships, and anticipate operational requirements.
• 6 years of relevant progressive experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 4 years of relevant progressive experience with a Master’s degree in a related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years of relevant progressive experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in ISR operations, defense program management, or mission support.
• Experience supervising OCONUS mission execution from a CONUS environment, including coordination with deployed teams and international stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of manned ISR platforms, sensors, mission systems, and operational utilization.
• Capability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex, geographically dispersed operations.
• Exceptional communication and client-facing abilities.
• Must possess a valid U.S. Passport.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must hold and maintain an active Secret clearance with the capability to obtain and sustain a TS/SCI clearance.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred but not required.
• PMP, DAWIA PM, or similar certification is preferred.
• Experience supporting U.S. Government ISR operations or defense programs in Latin America is preferred.
• Background in collaboration with DoD, DOS, or interagency partners involved in regional ISR operations is preferred.
• Experience managing contractors or partner organizations within large-scale defense missions is preferred.
• TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
