This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Gambia.

📋 Description

• Professionally answer calls in accordance with the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Participate in internal professional training sessions.

• Communicate and report effectively to your team leader.

• Adhere to dress code standards for video remote interpreting.

⛳️ Requirements

• We are seeking professional remote interpreters.

• Always be ready to take notes during calls.

• Possess knowledge of industry-specific vocabulary (healthcare and medical).

• Accurately and completely render all messages without adding, omitting, or substituting.

• Deliver the highest level of customer service during interpretations.

• Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing precise interpretation.

• Technical prerequisites: Dedicated high-speed internet (download speed of 20 Mbps, upload speed of 10 Mbps, Wired Internet). A minimum of Windows 10, dual core processor, and 8 GB RAM.
