This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Provide expert advice to clients while fostering a comprehensive understanding of their requirements, transforming these into tailored Market Access service offerings.
• Create business opportunities by engaging with professional networks and participating in industry-related activities.
• Secure and manage an annual business portfolio valued between $3–5 million.
• Formulate and implement strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing revenue goals.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and lead negotiations for contracts.
• Supervise the design, development, and execution of client solutions.
• Generate thought leadership through analysis of industry trends and create innovative solutions and capabilities.
• Promote a positive team and company culture by encouraging excellence, collaboration, and growth.
• Build and maintain a high-performing global team.
• Oversee multiple delivery teams across various accounts, ensuring quality is achieved on the first attempt.
• Drive firm-building initiatives, individual and team development, and participate in annual strategic business planning.
• Collaborate on the ongoing growth and development of Red Nucleus.
• A bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related business field.
• Over 10 years of experience in management consulting, advisory, and/or strategy, specifically within Life Sciences and Market Access.
• A proven track record of successfully selling, delivering, and increasing consulting or agency revenues, with sourced sales surpassing $3 million in the last 2-3 years.
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in Value, Access, and Evidence.
• Extensive knowledge of market access for biopharmaceutical products, especially in oncology and rare diseases.
• Proven leadership skills in life sciences, healthcare, or related consulting or agency environments.
• Ability to independently drive business development, with a history of securing quality projects for life sciences clients.
• Experience in establishing relationships with senior-level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
• Proven capability to manage large-scale and/or multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality results.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional presentation and client-facing skills, including leading presentations, chairing meetings, and facilitating workshops.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
