Managing Director – Contract Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate strategic, multi-million-dollar contract logistics opportunities with C-suite executives, Chief Supply Chain Officers, and procurement leaders across designated enterprise accounts.

• Direct the complete sales strategy for high-value initiatives, from initial outreach to executive presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.

• Collaborate with internal solution design, engineering, and operations teams to create customized warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and automation solutions.

• Work in partnership with pricing, legal, finance, real estate, and implementation teams to develop profitable, scalable, and risk-aware commercial agreements.

• Shape and enhance Iron Mountain’s contract logistics presence throughout North America.

• Establish high-value partnerships that promote long-term commercial growth and enhance the logistics platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in enterprise contract logistics sales.

• A proven history of consistently surpassing multi-million-dollar sales targets.

• In-depth understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain engineering, distribution network design, WMS platforms, and labor management strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships within Fortune 1000 companies.

• Expertise in consultative selling, value-based pricing, and complex, long-cycle enterprise sales processes.

• Experience managing engagements with annual contract values ranging from $5M to over $100M.

• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
