Managing Director, Complex Accounting – Litigation Expertise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Guide, mentor, and develop junior team members in client projects and business development initiatives.

• Cultivate a collaborative, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, innovation, and exceptional client service.

• Supervise and implement engagements across various disciplines, including intricate investigations related to regulatory inquiries, forensic accounting, litigation consulting, and expert witness services.

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery and strategic insights.

• Grow your client portfolio and contribute to the advancement of the Complex Accounting & Litigation practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of pertinent experience in auditing, CFO roles, regulatory or standard setting, forensic accounting, litigation consulting, and expert witness services.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.

• Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality services and managing a team effectively.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Proven track record in business development and managing client relationships is preferred.

• Extensive experience in the financial services and insurance sectors is preferred.

• Previous audit experience is preferred.

• Additional relevant certifications such as CFE, CFF, among others, are preferred.
