Accounting Supervisor, Subject-Matter Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assist members of the accounting team and facilitate meetings

• Create training modules for both employees and clients

• Serve as the technical reference point for the team

• Manage complex advisory consultations

• Tackle issues related to company valuations, intricate structures, and income optimization for business owners and their enterprises

• Review documents that have previously undergone examination and supervision by the teams

• Provide technical oversight for a team of five

• Track daily tasks via the management system

• Oversee financial statements and tax submissions

• Assist team members as they take charge of client files

• Counsel clients and support small to medium-sized business owners with their operational challenges

• Engage in communication through email, chat, video conferences, and phone calls

• Arrange team meetings and individual sessions

• Participate in Squads to enhance procedures

• Attend and conduct training sessions

• Develop tutorials and videos for clients with assistance from technical specialists

⛳️ Requirements

• Accounting qualification or relevant educational background

• Minimum of five years of experience in an accounting firm in a comparable role

• Proven experience in offering technical support to accounting personnel

• Enjoyment in engaging with clients

• Exceptional interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational capabilities

• Good rapport with colleagues
