Managing Consultant, IT Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients at both management and executive levels on enhancing IT performance and readiness for the future.

• Conduct analyses and evaluations of IT organizations, encompassing IT infrastructure, operations, and service management.

• Streamline processes and establish clear responsibilities to guarantee effective and efficient delivery of IT operations.

• Offer professional leadership to consultants and assist in their continuous development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree.

• A minimum of five years of pertinent project and consulting experience in IT operations or IT service management (ITSM).

• Leadership experience is preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL and other relevant frameworks.

• Experience in managing complex IT organizations.

• Strong strategic thinking capabilities.

• Skill in analyzing complex interrelationships and formulating practical action recommendations.

• A high level of ownership and accountability.

• A structured work approach.

• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.

• Proficient in business-level German.
