Managing Advisory Consultant – ServiceNow Integration Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide advisory and consulting services that align with client business goals and technology strategies.

• Evaluate client environments, pinpoint risks and opportunities, and formulate actionable recommendations.

• Oversee client engagements to ensure the delivery of high-quality results, outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Work alongside business and technical teams to create and implement solutions focused on client needs.

• Serve as a trusted advisor for technology transformation initiatives.

• Prepare executive presentations, reports, roadmaps, and recommendations.

• Assist in project planning, execution, governance, and communication with stakeholders.

• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

• Discover opportunities for process enhancement, modernization, and operational efficiency.

• Mentor team members and play a role in the development of consulting talent.

• Engage in proposal development and provide support for client engagements.

• Define and govern the enterprise integration framework across ServiceNow and key business systems.

• Design integration architectures utilizing APIs, workflow orchestration, data architecture, security controls, and enterprise source systems.

• Ensure alignment of integration solutions with business processes, technical requirements, and long-term architectural goals.

• Establish integration standards and best practices for architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in delivering advisory or consulting services in ServiceNow or business environments, or 9+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, data architecture, workflow integration, security, and source systems.

• Experience in designing secure, scalable, and maintainable ServiceNow integration patterns across enterprise technology landscapes.

• Understanding of business processes with the capability to translate business needs into practical solution architecture recommendations.

• Excellent solution consulting skills, with the ability to guide clients on integration options, risks, dependencies, and long-term scalability.

• ServiceNow architect-level credentials, along with substantial integration architecture experience across various ServiceNow modules.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven track record of developing and communicating strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously.

• Ability to cultivate trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Recent experience with integrating two or more of the following: Ansible, Kubernetes, GitHub CI/CD, Artifactory, Commvault, XSOAR, CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, DigiCert, or Panorama.
