This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Deliver trial programming lessons to both parents and children through Zoom.

• Facilitate lessons lasting between 40 minutes to 1 hour.

• Lead children, alongside a parent, through engaging, hands-on programming activities.

• Assist children in acquiring the skills essential for success in today's society.

• Engage with parents to convey the benefits of programming lessons.

• Take part in the recruitment interview and onboarding process.

• Capability to establish a positive relationship with both children and parents.

• Strong presentation abilities coupled with excellent communication skills.

• A friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.

• Experience in sales, customer service, teaching, presenting, training, or coaching is advantageous.

• Access to a Windows or Mac computer/laptop.

• Reliable and stable internet connection.

• A computer/laptop equipped with a camera and microphone.

• Intermediate English proficiency to enable effective communication with the Kodland International team.

• A personal laptop and a quiet workspace.
