Manager, Value Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor multiple Agile product teams aligned with key business value streams

• Drive planning for delivery, execution, flow optimization, and continuous enhancement

• Collaborate with Product Owners, business leaders, architects, and technology teams

• Eliminate obstacles, manage dependencies, and enhance delivery predictability

• Facilitate quarterly planning, roadmap alignment, and capacity planning initiatives

• Establish and track delivery metrics, team health, and value realization outcomes

• Coach teams and leaders on Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and product operating model practices

• Support Capital's transition to a value-stream and product-focused delivery model

• Convert strategic priorities into measurable results while promoting organizational agility and continuous improvement

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Agile delivery, program management, product delivery, or a related field

• A minimum of 5 years in the role of Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Program Manager, or a similar position

• Proven experience leading multiple Agile teams and cross-functional projects

• Outstanding facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and communication abilities

• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and product operating models

• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

• Must possess at least one certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or SAFe Agilist (SA)

• Ability to frequently sit, use hands and fingers, talk, hear, and see

• Capability to occasionally lift or move up to 5 pounds
