This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take charge of the strategy and daily operations of recruiting systems, encompassing ATS and scheduling/coordination tools.
• Develop and document scalable, repeatable recruiting processes.
• Ensure data integrity by maintaining requisition data, candidate and pipeline records, as well as reliable dashboards.
• Detect recruiting bottlenecks and manual tasks, then create workflows, automations, or redesign processes using AI and available tools.
• Assess and implement recruiting technologies and AI-enabled tools.
• Oversee vendor relationships with an emphasis on return on investment.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Legal, and Finance on offer letters, background checks, and headcount approvals.
• Define success metrics for recruiting operations and promote continuous improvement.
• Establish auditable processes that consider public-company compliance requirements.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting operations, including recruiting coordination, systems administration, and process design.
• At least 2 years of experience managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience in creating and documenting repeatable processes that support data integrity across recruiting systems.
• Strong understanding of ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Ashby, or Workday, along with recruiting and scheduling tools.
• Experience in data-driven program management, including the use of KPIs and dashboards.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation such as Zapier, scripts, or AI-driven workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to encourage team adoption without formal authority.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferred: experience in a high-growth, publicly traded tech company and knowledge of SOX-related process considerations.
• Preferred: understanding of employer branding, referral programs, or other recruiting initiatives.
• Preferred: experience collaborating with People Operations on offer management and background checks.
